class the referenced

I saved some developed SubVI package (which NI developed) in my disk.

In the project explorer, the package was a kind of a class .

When I tried to save one file in package, whole SubVIs were trying to save to the disk.

However, I can't execute my VI which include one SubVI from the package.

What shall I do to import it correctly? Or how to remove the class information from each SubVI.

I don't fully understand your question.  It sounds like you are trying to execute a program that won't run because you don't have the right files included in your executable.  When you build an application, make sure to include any files you might need in the "Source Files" page of application builder.  Make sure to include these VIs so your program will run correctly.
