creating file

in my program i use code to create folder and there is no problem but when i create an installer and install the app on another system when i run the application there is no new folder in selected path. what is the reason?

Can you show us the code you use to create a folder?

Additionally, can you tell us the path you want the new folder be in?

Windows does not allow to create paths at some certain places (if you are not admin).

I changed install directory and now it is ok.

So it was Windows based issue.

As I said, have in mind where you install your applications.

I suggest installing your application to the program files but keep all configs, temps, and other stuff that you want to write to in Pubic User folder.
