Did you check in the Front Panel Control> Advanced>Enabled State ? I am seeing this issue in LV2012 version.

Hi PAnand,

no, I didn't check the context menu -> advanced menu. Yes, it's a shortcut for the property dialog window, but I use that shortcut very seldomly.

And yes, the same problem with LV2009: in the Advanced menu you cannot select the active state for a VISA resource control.

So we conclude: there are (atleast) 3 different ways to set the disabled state of the control and one of them is broken…
