fast insertion list

Hi,

 

my 'fast insertion list' doesn't appear on screen (ctrl+space). It is there, you can choose it by alt+tab. Normally I use two screens, but the problems remains using one. It is started after ctrl+space but you can't see it.

 

Anybody an idea?
