fx3 camera communication with labview

Hello all,

i have a fx3 camera(y8 format) interfaced with labview . I'am trying to capture its images in labview , but i get error 0x80040217, i looked into this error 

NI Vision Error 0x80040217 Undetermined Error Code - NI , can anyone help.

Try your camera in NI MAX first.

Change the configuration.  Make sure you can capture image manually in MAX before you do that in LabVIEW.

I have tried in ni max but it gave me same error.

If you have already played with all the parameters in the MAX, and still get the same error, contact the camera manufacture.

Ask if their driver support direct X.

If not, ask for an SDK.
