My question is how do  show the x and y points of the cursor legend?

Dev, make sure to put a small wait inside that loop. 😉
 
Anyway, with LabVIEW 8.0 we no longer need to poll for cursor changes, but can monitor them with an event structure. Now the loop only spins when you move the cursor!
 
This is one of the great new LabVIEW 8.0 features! 😄

Hi

Thanks for that.

But i have stuffed up the display on the front panel. It now does not show the x and y positions. How do I recover to the default display of the cursor legend.

Could you explain what you mean by "stuffed up". I am not familiar with that term. 😉

Ahh, you've hidden some of the items on the cursor palette.
