how to access input port of simulink model dll through labview

Hello I have a simulink model with one input port , some simple algebric calculation and output port with NI signal probe.

I have converted the same to .dll file and tried to map the .dll in labview.

In mapping dialog box, the input and output ports are not seen.

I want to pass array to the simulink dll file.
