ma_Check block size

I inherited LV6.1 code that I'm trying to bring into LV11. LV11 is complaining that it can't find two VIs:

ma_Check Block Size.vi

ma_Spectrum Peak Hold.vi

There are two VIs with similar names already on my LV11 machine:

ma_Check Block Size no State.vi

ma_Spectrum Peak Hold no State.vi

Can I just copy the two missing VIs from my LV6.1 library into my local directory on my LV11 machine? Am I running any risks in doing so? Thanks.

Hi efarr,

Based on the How to Upgrade or Revert a VI to a Different Version of LabVIEW tutorial, you should be able to open LabVIEW 6.1 VIs in LabVIEW 2011. As a result, you should be fine copying the two missing VIs to your local directory and telling LabVIEW to use these VIs.
