myRIO_unrecoverable error message in getting started wizard

I wanted to find the firmware in myRIO. Therefore

1. I connected the myrio using USB to my computer.

2. chose launch the getting started wizard, clicked next

3. I get this unrecoverable error message (please see image 1)

Ni-Max gives an unexpected internal warning (image 2) and then it says there was a problem connecting to the database.(image 3)

may I know how can I fix this issue?

I did reset the configuration data, but it did not help

Have you check if you installed the minimun required software for working on myRIO?
