I installed labview version 9 and trying to run a source code that generates report from excel file, but getting error like "Changed .NET assembly (Warning)", error detials:- "expected assembly "microsoft.office.interop.excel, version-11.0.0.0, culture=neurtal, publickeytoken= 71e9bce111e9429c ,but found microsoft office.interop.excel.version=12.0.0.0, culture, public key =
71e9bce111e9429c". So it can't load one of the VIs.
If I run the vi with microsoft 2003 no issues, but can not load with 2007 excel.
Solved the problem. it was missing a sub vi under "C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW
2009\vi.lib\Utility". I copied it from the web and it is working now.
Er... what do you mean you were missing a VI from the <vi.lib>/Utility directory and you "copied it off the web"? The VIs in that folder come with LabVIEW. Are you running a legal copy of LabVIEW?
