total number of column values is 46.

this equation is to be applied on the first column of the values in the text file AND PLOT THE FINAL VALUES THUS OBATINED IN A GRAPH.

Well, since your text file fits the format of a three column spreadsheet with spaces as delimiters (hint), you might want to use the Read from Spreadsheet File.vi on the File I/O palette.
