slow reading NI 9225

Hello,

I would like to check when a load is switched on/off by a relay, show it in a chart and write datas in a TDMS file . I use NI9225 to acquire the voltage to the load. I read the voltage and check if it is different to 0. I would like to read the voltage every 500ms, but if I set the clock at 500, the reading of voltage is very slow and it can't see switching operations faster than 2-3 seconds.. .

Is there any reason? Am I doing something wrong?

Anyone can help me? I attached the VIs.

In your RMS2 vi, it looks like you have a sample rate of 1 HZ. Try speed that up (1000 or so).
