To supplied the communication over wifi between LabVIEW and Arduino, what is the configuration  in MAX?

The Arduino Uno R3 itself has no wifi capability.

I don't believe you do anything in MAX.  Measurement and Automation Explorer generally only shows up NI based hardware.  An arduino is not.

Thank you for your reply. How can be the communication between LabVIEW and an Arduino supplied? What need to be done for this?

USB?  If you do a Web Search with "Arduino LabVIEW", you will get a number of hits, many of which have detailed Projects (Arduino Example, Simple LED) with step-by-step descriptions of what to do, including "Connect your Arduino to your PC with a USB cable. Optionally you can specify the COM port associated with your Arduino to the VISA resource terminal of the Init.vi to decrease the time require for LabVIEW to connect to the Arduino."
