write xml file with child nodes in LV7.1

Hlo, how can I write this xml file with LV7.1

- <MEASURING>

- <MEASURING_DATA>

  <MEASURING_DATE>20080708160810</MEASURING_DATE>

  <TANK>07</TANK>

  <LINE>1</LINE>

  <ARTICLE_CODE>02471</ARTICLE_CODE>

   </MEASURING_DATA>

  </MEASURING>

 Í can only create 1 node (e.g. MEASURING or MEASURING_DATA) with "implementation" but not the parent node (MEASURING) and the child node (MEASURING_DATA).

How can send me an example? Thanks!
