Are you refering to SetTableColumnAttribute? In this case, the attribute ATTR_COLUMN_WIDTH determines the width of the column in pixels.

Or are you refering to the NIreport library? Here the measurement system attribute of the report specifies the units of the tab width, i.e. inch or centimeters.
