adding controls

I am trying to modify the numeric controls above and beyond changing the colors with the quick edit function.  For instance I would like to change a needle on a meter to look like a tank turret rotating.  Is there  another toolbox that I need?

Just go to the UIR File .

Press Double Click on the control u want to edit and there u have 4 buttons on the visual view , one of them is a brush .

Press On the brush and then Press with the right button of your mouse on the part u want to change its color , then select color .

You can also change color with the SetCtrlAttribute .
