NI is interested in improving the software getting started experience for our customers. We are conducting 1-hour virtual interviews with customers who have started using a software product in the last year.
During these interviews we would like to learn about:
- How you went about finding, downloading and activating your product?
- What information do you need to be successful getting started?
- How do you want that information delivered or made available to you?
