Hi,
I am using openSUSE 10.3 on the PXI platform.
Refer to the below which is the my system information.
OS: openSUSE 10.3 Distribution
H/W: NI PXI-8108, NI PXI-1045
Kernel version: 2.6.22.5-31-default
NI KAL 1.10 , NI DAQmx 8.0.1 , NI FGEN 2.4.1 , NI SCOPE 2.9
I have succesfuly installed and compiled the kernel and all NI Drivers.
And then, I had used FGEN Examples and it worked well but SCOPE Examples didn't.
I guess this problem is caused by Scope using UI tools ( e.g "libOSMesa.so.4" )

Because of this situation, I do not progress this demonstration until now.
Please let me know what I can do to run Scope examples on Linux (openSUSE 10.3).
Thank you,

Hello,
The issue you are running into is due to the fact that the LabVIEW Run-Time Engine (liblvrt.so.8.0) is looking for a specific version of the libOSMesa library (version 4). The following knowledgebase addresses how to resolve this issue: http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/DD248B4B21E8DCED862570D80058F1BE
Once you run the two commands as root that are listed in the knowledgebase linked above, you should no longer receive the libOSMesa.so.4 error message when compiling the NI-Scope example programs.
