i can configure samba on centos 5 and can access  with other centos,. but i can't  connect with  windos mechine please help.

This is a discussion group for the use of NI products in combination with Linux, not a generic Linux support forum. You would be better of to try to find user discussion forums for the specific software system you are using. In this case that would be Samba. Please make an attempt to find the actual user discussion list and don't try to bother the development lists with such question though. Most professional open source development teams don't respond well to user questions in their development discussion list.

Samba can be tricky to setup.   I've had varying degrees of luck with different distributions.
