Cannot connect Basler USB 3.0 camera to IMAX

Solved!
Go to solution

Hi,

I just wanted to update everyone that the issue where cascading popups make the camera difficult to click has been resolved with the latest version of Vision Acquisition Software.

557772 Duplicate USB3 Vision devices can appear in MAX if the devices are associated with a third party driver, potentially generating multiple error dialogs that make driver switching difficult.

Hi Racha,

I have the same problem. I am not understanding how to solve it. Could you explain it more how to do? Thanks very much.

I found that with the Basler driver installed the camera was not visible in MAX. The Basler driver is required to view the camera with Pylon. In MAX you need to select the NI driver for this camera - see previous post.

Have you tried rebooting the PC? I have had issues when windows updates are pending. Rebooting always fixed these.

Yes, I've rebooted two times.

It still doesn't detected.

I just found another method changed the driver in windows device manager by updating the camera driver .

It's still kind of you to answer my quesition!
