how to draw virtual line in Vision Builder

Hi i need to draw virtual point with refernece to coordiante . 

i tried custom overlay to draw line but it not follwing coordinate .

i need to use my coordinate to draw line . ( and custom overlay still in pixels ?)

i have addtaced my Vbai file

It looks like you're already using previous results for your Overlay Line Coordinates. Seems like this should work fine. You can also use an ROI step that is based on a coordinate system and use the results of the ROI step (which include the pixel coordinates for the resulting ROI) as the points for your overlay.

Please be more specific if you're still having trouble.

now its working fine . 

i got another doubt in here to change the Orgin of the image i am again doing Calibration Step.

Is that Correct way to Change the location of Orgin .

If you change the calibration origin, all that will do is change the value of calibrated positions returned by steps, but it won't affect the pixel values, which is what the Overlay step uses. If you want your calibrated results to be referenced from a different origin, than updating the calibration origin will do what you want.
