Unable to use graph control on Run Time Machine PC

I was Created a Sample ATL Com Exe Application that is having a 2D Graph control .

It is worked on Development PC but

it is not worked on Run time Machine

 In The Run Time Machine it is Showing the Error in cwui.ocx.

I was put cwui.ocx , mesa.dll, cw3dgraph.ocx in C:\windows\System32.

Please Provide Some Help.
