First of all, if you look at the page, you can see the CONEX-CC device, and you can download the manual and software. There is also a GUI program created by Newport, but I want to make three CONEX-CCs run as one software based on the (x, y, z) axis. Therefore, I have three CONEX-CCs now, and as my first goal, I am going to operate the source code provided by Newport and analyze the code.
