6052E daqpad communication light not blinking

 We have run diagnostic tests with M&A explorer and they come back ok.

The diagnostic utility us apparently not compatible with the 6052E daqpad.

We also restarted the daqpad to reset it.

Are there any more diagnostics we can do to get the data/comm light to read? 

Does anyone have any suggestions?

It sounds like you might be having some power problems with your DAQPad. When did you start seeing the problem occur and what kind of behavior does it display? Is the device getting any power and can you read in anything on your device? Any information you could provide would help determine if there is a software problem or if you have a broken card.
