ASUS Pro Q570M-C doesn't boot after installing PCIe-6730 board

I had to upgrade our lab PC, the system worked fine on a Gigabyte GA-110M-D2P motherboard.

Now I'm using an ASUS Q570M-C motherboard with the same DAQ cards but it doesn't boot if the PCIe-6738 is installed (black screen).

I'm using Windows10 Enterprise with DIADEM , 2x PCIe-6353 and 1x  PCIe-6738

Bios updated on 05/01/2023 but did also only boot without the board.

Is there anyone who had the same trouble ? What is the solution ?

Thank you in advance for all possible answer.

This issue seems to be one of a kind, I have seen problems with boot-up when you connect PXI systems over MXI to PCs but no issues with PCI or PCIe cards.

Hi Santo_13

It works now !

I had to change the PCIe data rate  in the BIOS to GEN1 , it was set to AUTO .

Thank's anyway for the quick response !
