I have an AT-DSP2200 with 512KB on-board SRAM. I know it is the 128kword board catalog number 776597-02 with part number 181475-11.
I have another board with the same memory installed but do not know if it is 64-kword, 256 kword or 384-kword. I know that this board is probably different because the part number is 181475-13. Can anybody tell me what type of onboard memory this is?
