"I am trying to the NI USB-9162 with DAQ module NI cRIO 9233 using MAX but the I/O track detects only the 9162 and says, there is no module. I am using LabView 2024. Can you help?"

I believe you are referring to the NI-9233 module. It is last supported in NI-DAQmx 17.5. Reference: Devices and Modules No Longer Supported in NI-DAQmx
With NI-DAQmx 17.5, the latest LabVIEW version you can use is 2017 SP1.
