PCI-6221 for acceleration mesurement

I want to do a simultaneous acquisition of accelerometer and an encoder measurements of a rotating machinery.and i dont have experience.

Am going to use pci-6221 with bnc-2110 block

how i can connect the pcb accelerometer to pci-6221  ?

second question : which give better performance a pci-6221 or pxi-6221?
