Simulate vibration signal

Hi, im quite new to LabView.

Im having trouble finding the best way to simulate aacceleration response from a vibration event.

figure 1 is the signal i want to simulate

figure 2 is what the part of the signal i want to extract to then analyse

any help would be great

I don't really understand what you what to simulate?

The output signal?  Take the one you sampled and replay ?

If you have a model of your system you can usse the math/ode vis to simulate it.

And remember: Usually accelerometers are also mechanical systems ( a one-degree-of freedom-system in it's simplest form)

Yes I want to simulate this output signal,

I want to create a vibration 'event' similar to an impact, all I can seem to do is create constant waveforms which is not what I need
