Every time when the 96-channel DIO USB-6509 is connected, Windows XP hangs during shut-down. It' possible to go to the start menu en press shut-down, but befor you get the last pop-up with "restart", "shut-down" or "cancel", Windows XP hangs. The hourglass is continious on the screen and no other actions are possible. It's even not needed to open labview first. When the USB-6509 is not connected to the PC, there is no problem.
MAX 5.0 is installed.
Does someone knows a solution for this problem?

Hello Johan,
That indeed seems very unwanted behavior.
Can you provide me with some more information about the system you're currently using?
I'm especially interested in driver and OS information.
This can be found in the following way:

Next to this I would also like to know if everything works perfectly from MAX:
- Are you able to use the card from in there?
- Do you get any errors/warnings in MAX?
