I am looking for a device driver and C API for Linux which supports the cDAQ-9178 (with 9223 ADC module). Does anybody know if this is available from NI or possible third-party or open source?
Thanks in advance.

Hello,
For Linux support, please read this page : National Instruments Driver and Software Support for Linux Distributions.
NI-DAQmx Base 15.0 is the most recent driver you can use, but it does not support cDAQ-9178 nor NI-9223. It seems it is not possible to use these harware with Linux.

Hi Mathieu,
Thanks for your reply. This is what I have found myself to. I wasn't really sure so therefore I posted the question here. I also found that there might be support fo usb daq in the future (http://www.ni.com/product-documentation/3695/en/#toc2).

Hi,
Unfortunately, it is not supported. You can have a look at this documentation.

Kind regards,
