Using LAB View a sine wave is generated whose frequency is increased from 10 to 40 HZ at a constant amplitude of 5Volts. The generated wave form is given to a external setup and the output from the external setup is collect using DAC. I m using single tone extractor to find the amplitude of the collected waveform from the external setup. At a particular frequency we get the maximum amplitude.The frequency at the maximum amplitude should be found and that frequency should be fixed.My problem is how to Store the previous Amplitude obtained and compare with the present Amplitude and when we obtain the max Amplitude how to fix the frequency.
