Hi Prevat,

unfortunately this is not possible. An M-Series device such as the PCI-6221 is multiplexed which means you have only one ADC for all analog input channels. It is recommended to sample at the highest sample rate and do a resampling per software for the "slower" channels. A second option would be to create a custom scan list but i would recommend the resampling methode.
