I use the attached vi to read a fan tachometer signal. The signal is 5V square wave, about 7 hz.
The signal was wired to PI3. When I ran the program, it gave me rpm reading as 0.
What's wrong with the program and wiring?

Problem was solved by changing the signal from PI3 to PI2, and changing the sample clock to implicit. Mission dismissed. Thanks.
