Hi everyone,
I am attempting to use Multisim with my students, but for all of the students it gave them an error message that says "Failed to retrieve component data from the server. Your internet connection may have been lost". The components except for the Probe and Ground tab are invisible. You can click on them but all of the pictures are missing.
They all have access to the internet as they are able to access different websites.
It works perfectly fine for me, but they all seem to be having the same issue.
