missing pins tab to 3D data

This is my first day using multisim/ultiboard, and i'm not having a good time. I'm trying to follow this tutorial as a part I need to add to my circuit isn't in the database. I'm trying to create the recommended footprint according to the datasheet, which I believe I've done. But when I get to making a 3D view, I have no 'pins' tab. (Figure 23)

I just have 'General' and 'Material'. I cannot for the life of me find anything explaining why it would be missing.

Can anyone explain why it's missing, and how to get it back?
