Introduction

Download 4 new device models from NXP including:

1. PHC21025: Complementary Enhancement Mode NOS Transistor
2. PHU77NQ03T: N-Channel TrenchMOS FET
3. PSMN6R0-30YL: N-Channel TrenchMOS Logic Level FET
4. PSMN7R0-30YL: N-Channel TrenchMOS Logic Level FET

Each device includes a link to a corresponding datasheet from NXP.

Steps to Complete

1. Download attached NXP.prz file to desktop
2. Open up NI Multisim (Start > All Programs > National Instruments > Circuit Design Suite 10.1 > Multisim 10.1)
3. Double-click on the NXP.prz file
4. Select the User Database as your "Target Database"
5. Click on the Start button
6. When status is listed as "Done". Close dialog.
7. In NI Multisim, select Place > Component from the File menu
8. In the "Database" drop down select "User Database"
9. In the "Group" drop down select "Transistors"
10. In the "Family" region, select "NMOS"

You can now place and simulate NXP devices.
