首先,你的6503只支持软件定时,而且从你附图里面看,时钟和信号的频率并不一样。
初步的建议是将时钟和信号的数据都存储在数组里面,在程序里面设置软件定时的循环
每次循环从数组里面取出一组数据发送出去,通过对数组数据的编辑实现你时序上的要求
