I'd recommend moving this discussion to the forums here (http://forums.ni.com/t5/Industrial-Communications/bd-p/260) where your questions will get more exposure and therefore you'll get more help.

I'd also recommend using one of the many libraries for modbus. LabVIEW DSC and RT have I/O servers which will do all of the work for you, and if you need fine-grained control there are many options available:

Hi rhiesnand, im doing similar project like what you did, but my labview dose not comunicat with my PLC, simply modbus master is easily communicating, but on labview im sendig the same request code that modbus master is sending, but there is response.

Great solution, THESE WRITING ON A SERIAL PORT HEXADECIMAL, many words should be written ?, INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT SOME WORKING WITH SPEED DATA TRANSMISSION 19200, DID YOU HAVE TO SET THE SPEED ALSO?
