Change OS on cdaq 9135

Is it possible to change my cdaq 9135 shipped with WES7 as OS to a realtime target?
And if yes, how?

Did you receive a wrong order? I don't know if that matters, just a datapoint.  Basically, contact NI's support and they can help you through that, I believe it should be just a matter of getting down some information and setting you up with instructions and the materials needed to restore the NI Linux RT image on the controller.

Hi,

I did not receive a wrong order. However my application now requires the extra feature of implementing a closed loop control. With the windows based OS I'm not able to get my daqmx read and write tasks to run in 'realtime' (+/- 1kHz). Therefore I was wondering if I could still change the OS after purchase.
