ATML Toolkit Compatibility

I am using TestStand 4.2 (I cannot upgrade for business and contractual reasons). I also need ATML Toolkit, and am trying to evaluate if ATML Toolkit 2013 is compatible with TestStand 4.2. 

I can see from "TestStand ATML Toolkit 2013 Help" that "The ATML TD translator uses the translator framework included in TestStand 4.0 or later to translate a TD file into a TestStand sequence file"

Could you please confirm that TestStand 4.2 is indeed compatible with ATML Toolkit 2013, before I commit to a license.

ATML Toolkit 2012 was the last version that supported TS 4.2. Can you please discuss with your sales person what is the best way to obtain a license for ATML Toolkit 2012.
