CTD Exam Material Question of solution

I am a new TS user， I am prepare the CTD.

in the   CTD Sample Exam,  has this :

If the test fixture cannot be initialized
o Suppress all errors (but mark the test as an error)
o Record that it could not initialize the test fixture using an Additional Results step

 in the solution exam， I do not find  where  the sample *.seq  to cover this.

Ok, this is an exam question, but still: ask yourself what would be the best solution...

What makes the most sense for an operator, technician, developer, ....
