NI FGEN Arbitrary Waveform Generator Issue

Hello Everyone,

I am not very experienced with LabVIEW and even newer to TestStand. I have taken some code developed by an experienced programmer and modified it to fit my requirements. What I am trying to do is use a PXIe-5314 arbitrary waveform generator to supply a stimulus signal using TestStand sequence files. The desire is to have the waveform start at it's highest voltage level every time it's generated.

In the attached photo, the upper red trace is the desired outcome. Our counterparts have accomplished this using a Keysight waveform generator. The lower blue trace is currently what the NI module is outputting. The picture below is just one run. Every run the signal starts at a different voltage level.
