Parallel Testing in TestStand with Serial Communications

I need to parallel testing using test stand, however been using TestStand for some time, need to know how I would pass information to a test socket that would tell what communication port to use (com 1 thru 8), and what digital output to use (Slots 0 - 7), is that done by the TestSocket ID#?

I believe I found an answer to my own question, I could use the TestSocket MYIndex, that would tell me what socket I am testing, then i would use the approiate coms and output channels.

Yes, you're completely right - you can get number of test socket via variable RunState.TestSockets.MyIndex...
