Run sequence 'secretly' without feedback in Custom UI?

Can I run a sequence periodically without any user feedback in a custom UI?

In other words I want to load the sequence without it appearing in the sequence window, and then run it without any trace of it running at all. There could be several of these running at once...

OK - I found the ExecTypeMask_InitiallyHidden  flag which looks lilke it will work for me.
