NI PCIE-8360

NI PCIE-8360 board (PCI Express) works fine in ASUS P5GDC and HP Proliant DL320 server. But when the board are inserted in a ASUS P5LD2-Deluxe (i945) BIOS 0506 or ASUS P5WD2-Premium (i955) BIOS 0606, then the system stops / hang during Power On Self Test (POST). Boths motherboard BIOS are updated to last version. The motherboards runs with an PentiumD processor, but Pentium4 HT, EM64T processor has been tested with same negative result.

Have somebody good experiences using Intel 945 or 955 chipsets.
I have tried allmost everything - even the EEPROM update from ni.com

At the moment my system won´t boot - have somebody some good advices?

If you have another available PCIe slot (preferably further from PCIe graphic card), try it to see your PC will pass POST.

I was having the same issue and found that the cards with the obsolete part numbers cannnot take advantage of the fix for this.  Have a look at this knowledge base information:
