Hello

I have got my pxi controller infected with virus have bee shipped with NI Embedded controller OEM Re-Installation DVD will there be any issues while formatting and Re-installing a fresh operating system on my PXI controller . I have got My pxi chassis factory installed with hardware(5600,5142,Raid controller,7842R,5690) and software's(labview etc)

The Re-Installation DVD should put your computer back to the first-use image that the controller was shipped to you with.  Here is a good KnowledgeBase article that discusses the details.
