Dr. Michio Kaku, the same guy who talked to Stephen Colbert about reading the mind of God a few weeks ago, will deliver the closing keynote address this morning at 8:30 a.m. in Ballroom G. Dr. Kaku co-founded string field theory, a branch of string theory that summarizes the five string theories into one equation. Dr. Kaku also continues to search for Einstein’s “theory of everything” that unifies the four fundamental forces of the universe. In addition, Dr. Kaku has interviewed more than 300 scientists to decipher the most accurate prediction of what the next 20 years of science holds. So to summarize, he's really, really, ridiculously smart.
In addition to Dr. Kaku's address, you'll see Ray Almgren, NI Vice President of Software, Education, and Training, and student teams from around the world as they showcase innovative solutions using graphical system design that tackle socially relevant engineering challenges.
