This demo shows how you can customize source measure unit (SMU) responses for specific load settings to achieve fast, stable measurements. You can minimize system footprint with the industry's highest channel density SMUs: four SMUs per PXI slot, 68 SMU channels in a 19-in., 4-U PXI chassis. You can also develop a high-throughput system by taking advantage of the industry's fastest SMU with 600 kS/s sampling.
