I have a labview program to controll the electronic load. I can run this in my desktop. When I run this program in Labview 12 on my laptop, the error message is "This application has failed to start because ivi_support_c.dll was not found.You have to reinstalling this program". It means I have to install OS or labview? I have copied the ivi.dll and ivi_support_c.dll to the laptop (both the Labview 12 folder and win32/system. However, it doesn't work.
Does someone know how to fix this problem?

In the mean time, here are some suggestions.

Make sure you are running LabVIEW on a supported version of Windows. It sounds like you are missing the installation of IVI drivers, which are typically the soft front panels for box instruments connected to your computer via GPIB bus.

Make sure you have everything on the required software list here installed:

In particular, make sure you have installed all the NI Device Drivers. I believe that includes the IVI device drivers. You may want to uninstall all NI Software, reboot, and then install a clean version of everything.
